just to say THANK YOU for providing the pinstriping course on Saturday, I
had an absolutely GREAT day ! and I feel that I have learned a life time
of knowledge for you both. ive already had the striper in my hands, well
oiled and clean as a whistle... im still preferring the Xcaliber over the
well to be frank and big headed, I am absolutely amazed at my own work!
there's only 2 errors I can see in it, but that doesn't matter !
honestly , thanks a lot for running the course,
Rick aged 17 (Darlington 01/10/05)
Pinstriping Uk are committed to training
the pinstripers of the future
- well done Rick a Star is born
the course I really enjoyed it.
(well 2 days) I have been doing my practice lines, guess I'll get to
that magic 1000 lines in about 6 months!
send you a picture of my first striping that I did Sunday morning, much
better than anything I did on Saturday :). Cheers again Georg
thought you might like to see these ones. I always hated figurative
designs, but I see why they're popular now.....They're so easy!!!
for the course!
|Could never have done this without
the confidence you gave me... Dave
Looks like we
have serious competition in Dorset 'ere - well done Dave! Good enough to
turn pro! (Kris)
|I can't believe it's nearly
2 months since the pinstriping day in Sheffield, and it's taken me this
long to get practicing. This week I've had a go at a spare wheel
cover for my van - cleaned it up, marked out a grid, sketched a design on
it and actually painted it too, and am quite pleased with it so enclose a
photo as promised! It's a variation on the tiki by Von Franco in the
"Pinstriping Masters" book, done using a lot of the techniques he suggests
there too(!). GS
Hi to both of you
Just thought I would show you my first striping
pics enclosed, see what you think. I also got a
pressie from my better ? half the other day - a car bonnet - to practice
my striping on, what more could a girl ask for!!
