Gold Size

Gold size is the adhesive which is commonly used for applying gold (and other) leaf in "oil" gilding and is available as either water based or oil based. Drying times of 24 hour, 12 hour, 3 hour and 1-2 hour are available and these times represent the delay between applying the size and it reaching the right level of tackiness to take the leaf.
